Civeo Premium Services is seeking an Operations Coordinator. Are you a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? We're seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as Operations Coordinator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience across various operational facets, contributing to business process improvements, proposals, and client stewardship reporting.

Please Note: This is a 3- Month temporary role. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of business proposals.
  • Participate in Operational Committees, inclusive of preparing documents and contributing to process improvements.
  • Provide meeting and committee support by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking and distributing notes.
  • Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or leaders as needed.
  • Administer Civeo's CRM, Salesforce; setting up accounts and providing onboarding support.
  • Support the Civeo Guest App by reviewing submissions for posts received from multiple sites to ensure they meet corporate guidelines.
  • Update customer feedback tools (comment cards, surveys etc) and help review/analyze the data to understand guest trends across multiple sites. 
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on all functionality of the app and help identify challenges brought forward by guests/company. Work closely with our marketing and development teams to become an expert on our brand.
  • Develop reports for client analysis and decision-making.
  • Help to develop insights, providing the 'so what' for our clients.
  • Present results and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.

Qualifications

  • A post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and time management skills.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills are required, and the candidate must have the ability to prepare relevant documentation, communications and correspondence with accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and respect in all interactions.
  • Innovative, collaborative, and self-motivated.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently.
  • Ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity. 
  • Hospitality or Camp experience is an asset.
