Responsibilities:

  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
  • Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all time
  • Assist with receiving of inventory and ensure procedures/standards are adhered to
  • High flexibility with strong interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse environment
  • Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Great team member who will always lead by positive example
  • Operation of a Point of Sale terminal
  • Dispense propane & other petroleum products
  • Provide proper maintenance and sanitization of equipment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Assist with operational & administrative tasks
  • Loss prevention
  • Ability to perform open and close duties as required
  • Evenings and Weekends with some day shifts

Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
  • Ability to lead and guide a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of handling heavy lifting tasks efficiently and safely
  • Proficient in POS systems, cash handling, and basic math
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Prior experience in retail sales and cashiering roles
  • Multilingual abilities and experience in upselling are a plus

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.25-$23.80 per hour
