OVERNIGHT POSITION Job Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle cash effectively. A positive attitude and a willingness to assist customers with their needs are essential for success in this position.

Duties

  • Greet customers warmly and provide assistance as needed.
  • Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Handle cash handling responsibilities, including counting money and providing change.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding products and services.
  • Assist in product demonstrations and technology sales as required.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation.

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage transactions efficiently.
  • Experience in sales or technology sales is advantageous but not required.
  • A willingness to learn about products for effective product demos.
