FanDuel is looking for a Customer Growth Coordinator to join the Casino Growth Marketing team and help bring our promotional and CRM strategy to life. In this role, you'll support the execution of customer-facing

campaigns that drive acquisition and retention, while gaining hands-on experience across the full customer marketing lifecycle. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing team and learn how the business operates at a world class gaming company.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

· Support the end-to-end execution of Casino promotions, including setup, testing, QA, publishing, fulfillment, customer communications, and in-app merchandising

· Assist with CRM campaign execution across the team, helping coordinate messaging, offers, and customer journeys across multiple touchpoints

· Help track and organize promotional performance data, supporting reporting and insights that inform future campaigns

· Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Commercial, Product, Analytics, and Customer Service to help deliver campaigns and improve the customer experience

· Contribute to improving internal processes and ways of working to help the team deliver promotions efficiently and at scale

· Act as a strong team player who is eager to learn the customer journey and share observations, feedback, and ideas with the broader team.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

· 6-12 months of work or internship experience in a marketing environment

· Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred

· A strong communicator who enjoys collaborating with different teams and stakeholders

· Organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once

· Comfortable working with numbers and data, with an interest in learning how performance and KPIs are tracked

· A quick learner who is curious, proactive, and excited to build new skills in growth marketing and CRM

· A positive, team-first mindset - someone who's excited to join a growing team and contribute wherever needed

· Creative thinker and problem solver who enjoys improving processes and finding better ways to work

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities

· Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends around sporting calendars

The applicable salary range for this position is $51,000 - $64,000 CAD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand.
