Alberta Garage Builders is a locally owned and operated construction company specializing in the design and construction of well-designed and practical garages and garden suites. We create comfortable and convenient spaces for our customers. We are currently looking for a Construction Project Coordinator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients regarding construction progress and site-related questions
  • Create, update, and share construction schedules with clients, trades, and internal teams
  • Coordinate trades and subcontractors, confirming timelines, scope of work, and materials
  • Source construction materials, request and compare supplier quotes, and assist with purchasing
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, emails, and communication logs
  • Coordinate between clients, trades, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve issues
  • Provide general administrative and office support related to project operations

Qualifications:

  • Experience in residential construction coordination or a similar role
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with construction processes, scheduling, and materials
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
