We are dedicated to delivering high-quality construction solutions and are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our busy commercial division.

The Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting Project Managers in their day-to-day duties. The Project Coordinator works closely with the field and office team to ensure that projects are executed flawlessly, delivered on time, within budget, and meet the desired outcomes. This position reports to the General Manager.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
1. Administrative Support
- Assist Project Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks, including communicating with clients and subcontractors.
- Review and maintain project documentation, such as contracts, estimates, change orders, and other relevant documents.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.

2. Project Invoicing
- Gather and submit necessary information required for project invoicing.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of invoices to clients.
- Monitor and track invoice status and follow up as needed to ensure timely payments.

3. Coordination and Scheduling
- Utilize construction and scheduling knowledge to coordinate with internal staff and subcontractors.
- Ensure projects are completed according to proposed schedules and in compliance with safety protocols.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, adjusting schedules as needed to accommodate changes.

4. Resource Management
- Work with in-house staff to ensure project planning is completed efficiently.
- Communicate resource requirements to the appropriate manager.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure resources are available and allocated appropriately.

**Requirements**:

- Relevant education in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or a similar progressive role within the construction industry.

**Skills**:

- Excellent client-facing and customer service skills and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and resource management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and construction management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.

**Work Conditions**:

- This position is primarily office-based, with some site visits when scheduled.
- Occasional lifting of office supplies and materials (up to 25 pounds).
- Fast paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities.
- Occasional travel to construction sites or client meetings within the region. Some out-of-town travel required.

Pay: $40,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
