The Enterprise Change Management Analyst plays a critical role in developing and executing change strategies that enable enterprise outcomes. This people-focused role partners with cross-functional teams to connect dots across programs, manage ambiguity, and drive adoption through tailored approaches—not just playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning:
    Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with project objectives and organizational goals.
  • Assessments:
    Conduct change impact and readiness assessments to identify challenges and opportunities.
  • Metrics & Tracking:
    Define and monitor readiness and adoption metrics to measure success and guide adjustments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    Build strong relationships and deliver engagement activities to foster awareness and commitment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Partner with program and project teams to ensure alignment and smooth implementation.
  • Risk Mitigation:
    Identify people-related risks and resistance points; develop proactive mitigation strategies.
  • Sustainment:
    Support planning to embed changes into business-as-usual processes.
  • Coaching & Capability:
    Assist OE leadership in coaching teams and stakeholders to strengthen change capability.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    Share best practices and lessons learned to enhance methodology and anticipate future needs.

Day-to-Day Focus

  • Act as the connective tissue across Go-to-Market (GTM) evolution initiatives—linking operating model changes, org restructuring, and value chain intersection points.
  • Maintain visibility across multiple programs within the same value chain, coordinating integration across disciplines.
  • Apply blended change approaches (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR plus other frameworks) tailored to context.
  • Thrive in ambiguity—drive clarity and momentum through proactive execution.
  • Balance agile and waterfall environments to ensure effective change delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related discipline.
  • Change Management Expertise:
    Strong knowledge of principles, methodologies, and best practices (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Experience:
    3–5 years leading change management or large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Industry Knowledge:
    Vertical retail and/or business operations experience highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders toward a common goal.
  • Self-starter mindset; entrepreneurial and resourceful.
  • Commitment to continuous growth and development.
  • Collaborative team player; adaptable to dynamic environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Smartsheet.

Preferred:

  • Prosci or equivalent change management certification (blended methodology experience preferred).
  • Experience with Go-to-Market processes and value chain integration.
