Duties

  • Provide a range of hair services including cuts, coloring, and styling tailored to individual client preferences
  • Maintain a clean and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
  • Engage with clients to understand their hair care needs and recommend appropriate services or products
  • Upsell salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales
  • Assist at the front desk as needed, managing appointments and greeting clients warmly
  • Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication

Skills

  • Proficient in various hair styling techniques and knowledgeable about current trends in hair care
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Experience in retail sales, particularly in upselling products related to hair care
  • Ability to sanitize tools and maintain hygiene standards within the salon environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients
  • Front desk experience is a plus, helping manage appointments and client interactions efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.85-$41.40 per hour
