ScentEvent is seeking a dynamic, energetic, and passionate Fragrance Specialist to join our team in a high-traffic warehouse sale environment at the Agriplex. The ideal candidate has a genuine love for perfume and thrives in a bustling, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with customers, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere.
  • Provide personalized fragrance consultations by identifying client preferences, needs, and occasion.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fragrance notes, families, and our brand's unique story.
  • Drive sales to meet and exceed personal and team sales targets and KPIs.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure the fragrance counter is impeccably maintained, well-stocked, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock.
  • Stay current with product knowledge, new launches, and industry trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales experience is required; experience in beauty, cosmetics, or fragrance is highly preferred.
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; you must be a natural storyteller.
  • A genuine passion for the world of fragrance.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
  • A positive, resilient, and high-energy attitude.
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to handle all client interactions professionally.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand and walk for the entire duration of your shift (up to 10 hours).
  • Must be comfortable constantly moving and engaging with customers on the sales floor.
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs (11 kg).
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, or crouch to retrieve and stock merchandise.
