Our clients represent Risk, Finance, HR, CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Fi-nancial Crime, Capital Markets, Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Man-agement. We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance col-laboration. We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager with proven program delivery experience to join the US CUSO team in Finance and Audit IT. This individual will be responsible for all aspects of program delivery develop and manage the de-tailed schedule, identify early warning indicators, provide direction for early resolution of risks, issues and clear escalation path for program committees. What will you do Assist with the execution of MRAMRIA regulatory programs, ensuring alignment with project plans and timelines across multiple applications and teams. Manage portfolio communications including status reports to executives, stakeholders, business units, vendors, project team, etc. Provide senior management with timely updates on portfo-lio milestones, issues and risks. Prepare status updates and executive-level materials for FIAT governance forums and senior leadership meetings. Establish program-level metrics, KPIs, and success criteria to measure remediation progress and sustainabil-ity beyond project closure. Champion change management and adoption strategies, ensuring impacted stakeholders across business lines are engaged and prepared for regulatory requirements. Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and communi-cation to address project dependencies and resolve impediments. Work with Business Technology Owners to ensure that the deliverables achieve a business result that ena-bles value creation, setting up appropriate governance and oversight of all projects. Monitor project milestones and escalate risks and issues to program managers and leadership as needed. Work with Project Managers and Resource Managers to deter-mine project milestones and holds Project Managers accountable to delivery com-mitments. Raise and track issues and conflicts, resolves project issues, and escalates to immediate manager when required. Maintain project plans, RAID logs (risks, as-sumptions, issues, and dependencies), and ensure accurate status tracking and re-porting. Support estimation efforts, financial tracking, and preparation of PAR submis-sions. Track resource allocations and ensure adherence to project budgets and time-lines. Ensure compliance with RBC procedures and processes throughout the project life cycle. What do you need to succeed Must-have Undergraduate degree with 7 years of experience in project management or related roles, preferably in IT or financial ser-vices. Experience managing or supporting complex projects with multiple stakeholder Project Management, Capital markets, Finance IT RESOURCE FOR Senior Data Engineer Must-have · Experience with SQL Server Back-End develop-ment including: SQL Scripts, Stored-Procedures, Dynamic Stored-Procedures· Ex-perience development Python scripts and libraries· Experience with Agile develop-ment, GitHub, SSMS, Dataiku· Experience working with databases such as SQL Server, HDFS· Experience with DBMS Data Modelling, ERD, Data Pipelines and DQ rules Implementation· Experience to Implement complex logic from Business Re-quirements using both SQL Stored Procedures and/or Python· Experience to pro-duce Architecture Design and Technical documents for all Layers such as Front-End UI, API End Points, and Back-End Stored Procedures. Nice-to-have Experience ETL Work-flow and Python/SQL and Dataiku Recipes using Dataiku PlatformExperience designing front-end solutions with , OpenShift, API End-Points (APIGEE)Experience with HR systems & workflow management tools such as Workday, SAP, ServiceNow Experi-ence developing Tableau Dashboard and reusable Work Books. Good knowledge of API Endpoints development using Python Language.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Pay: $60.00-$70.00 per hour
