Duties

  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and pruning to ensure the aesthetic appeal of outdoor spaces.
  • Assist with gardening activities, including soil preparation and plant care.
  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs effectively.
  • Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems for retail transactions and cash handling duties.
  • Maintain organized displays for merchandising products in the retail space.
  • Support e-commerce initiatives by assisting with online order fulfillment and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals while ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in landscape maintenance or gardening is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Familiarity with retail sales processes, including cashiering and customer service best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of horticulture principles is advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage tasks efficiently and effectively.
