Our Environmental Site Investigation and Remediation team includes Contaminant Hydrogeologists, Risk Assessment specialists, Environmental Engineers and Scientists, and a host of other specialties that focus on the investigation, assessment, remediation and redevelopment of contaminated sites. We are making the world a cleaner place, one site at a time We are seeking Environmental Site Assessors to work with our Environmental Site Investigation and Remediation practice in our London, Waterloo, Hamilton, Mississauga, Markham, Thunder Bay or Ottawa offices.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a key practitioner working on contaminated sites in Ontario, you will provide technical and client management expertise on a variety of projects including the development and implementation of work programs and management of schedules, budgets, and client deliverables relating to Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), Phase II ESAs, remediation programs, and hydrogeological investigations.

  • Work with junior, intermediate, and senior staff on environmental projects and guide project deliverables
  • Manage environmental site assessment and remediation projects, from proposal development to project completion
  • Ensure quality and health and safety requirements and procedures are identified and followed throughout a project's life cycle
  • Prepare technical reports summarizing project work, findings, and recommendations
  • Other responsibilities include developing proposals; coordinating with clients, stakeholders, and internal project staff; and performing and overseeing project technical work
  • Demonstrate sound application of established practices, standards, and guidelines
  • Provide staff mentorship and training
  • Apply technical and business knowledge and methods to develop creative, effective, and economical solutions to address current and potential project issues
  • Travel to project sites may be required and a valid G license and access to a vehicle is required
