We are seeking an experienced
Data Science Lead
to drive end-to-end data science initiatives and deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions. In this role, you will lead complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. You'll also play a key role in mentoring talent and advancing data science best practices across the organization.

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead data science projects from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful outcomes.
  • Partner closely with analysts, data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and scalable solutions.
  • Define and manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure efficient execution.
  • Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and supporting data infrastructure.
  • Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity, including data cleansing, validation, and preprocessing.
  • Oversee data visualization, dashboards, and reporting to effectively communicate findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members, promoting best practices in data science and analytics.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and optimization within data science workflows and methodologies.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Typically 7+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or senior data science role.
  • Strong proficiency in:

  • Data manipulation and transformation

  • Database management
  • Statistical analysis and modeling

  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, with awareness of evolving industry trends, tools, and technologies.
