to join our team and gain hands-on experience in business development and client engagement.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone early in their career who's eager to learn, make an impact, and gain experience across different aspects of sales and business development.

3, 6 or 12 Month Terms (Co-op Opportunity)
Compensation:
$20.00-$22.00/hr

What You'll Do
Working closely with the Sales Account Executive you will:
- Conduct research to identify new leads, target markets, and potential clients.
- Support outbound prospecting through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
- Help manage and update Zoho CRM system with accurate contact details, sales activity, and lead status
- Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and follow-up materials.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams on lead generation initiatives.
- Track and analyze sales metrics and performance reports using Zoho tools.
- Participate in team meetings, strategy discussions, and training sessions.
- Contribute creative ideas to improve sales processes and client engagement.
What You Bring
- Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business, Marketing, or related program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Eager to learn about sales, business development, and client relations.
- Comfort navigating basic tools — you may not be an expert (yet), but you're excited to dive into platforms like Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Canva, and Google Analytics to support sales and outreach efforts.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
