Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpet Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flooring installation and possess the necessary skills to ensure high-quality workmanship. As a Carpet Installer, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, and installing carpet in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring that all installations meet our standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Measure and cut carpet to fit specific areas accurately
  • Install carpet using appropriate techniques and tools
  • Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives as needed
  • Ensure all installations are completed in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality standards
  • Perform repairs or adjustments as necessary post-installation
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition

Experience

  • Proven experience in flooring installation, particularly carpet installation
  • Proficiency with hand tools and power tools relevant to the trade
  • Familiarity with construction practices and techniques related to flooring
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality results
