Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in North Bay, ON for a Customer Service Specialist. The role entails providing exceptional customer support by responding to customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing customer experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling phone and in-person customer communications, resolving issues, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth transactions. The role also involves collaborating with team members to fulfill customer needs and provide product and service recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Strong understanding of Phone Etiquette and ability to handle inquiries professionally
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience through efficient problem-solving and communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
  • Prior experience in the construction or materials supply industry is an asset
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in a related field are a plus
