We are searching for a Client Services Manager to join our Parkland Antigonish team based in Antigonish , Nova Scotia.

Provides clinical oversight, leadership and expertise to the care/service team by fostering and promoting best practicesDirects the regular health assessments of prospective and current residents to maintain quality of life in the appropriate lifestyle optionAssists in the recruitment, orientation, training and professional development of team membersProvides leadership to and direct supervision of employees in the area of responsibilityEnsures compliance with organizations brand standards, policies, and regulatory requirementsResponds to government inspection/investigation reports and maintains licensing standardsPromotes and leads a safety cultureAbout You
In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring:
A Practical Nurse diploma and currently registered with the Provincial Association of Practical NursesYou are passionate about working with seniors and have experience working with the elderly in a seniors' living or long-term care environmentMinimum five (5) years nursing experienceExperience in a supervisory/leadership roleCurrent First Aid & CPR certificateAbility to provide a clear criminal record check with vulnerable sector screening upon hirePersonal computer skills in the use of related software applicationsAbout Us
