A well-established garage door company with 100+ years in business is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee efficient operations, manage staff, and drive business growth in the Windsor area. This role includes financial reporting, employee development, inventory management, and supporting sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and profitability.
  • Hire, train, and develop branch employees to build a high-performing team.
  • Manage shipping, receiving, product procurement, and inventory control.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive business development and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Monitor and report financial and operational performance to company management.
  • Implement strategies to meet business metrics, improve processes, and maximize branch performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product sales and business operations management.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Lotus Notes, JD Edwards, or AS400.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; self-motivated, organized, and personable.
  • Strong leadership, business metrics management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience in the door or construction industry is preferred.
  • College degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business is preferred but not mandatory.
