A busy and well-supported clinic in Windsor, Ontario is seeking a motivated Family Physician / General Practitioner to join its experienced team. This opportunity is ideal for physicians looking for a high-volume Fee-for-Service practice with autonomy, flexibility, and the backing of an efficient support structure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide primary care to a diverse patient population

  • Manage a broad spectrum of acute, chronic, and preventative cases

  • Deliver care in a walk-in or booked appointment setting, depending on preference

  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation and collaborate with on-site staff

  • Ensure continuity of care and build long-term patient relationships

Candidate Requirements

  • Medical degree and valid CPSO license (or eligibility via an approved international pathway)

  • CFPC certification or equivalent (MRCGP, MICGP, RACGP, etc.)

  • Excellent communication, diagnostic, and patient engagement skills

  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and committed to patient-centred care

  • Interest in urgent care, chronic disease, or women's health is an asset
