Robertson is seeking a skilled

Business Analyst II

to join our client

.

Contract Period:

12 months with potential to extend or convert

Pay Rate:

Starting from $32 per hour

Location

Toronto, ON

Location Type

: Hybrid;

First months 2 days a week and moving to 4 days a week potentially Feb but not confirmed

Business Hours:

Monday-Friday; 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide data management and governance support
  • Support Data Retention and Disposition (DRD) remediation activities
  • Ensure data is maintained in compliance with enterprise data standards, policies, and guidelines
  • Perform data analysis and assist in assessing, documenting Data Retention and Disposition requirements, support data retention and disposition analysis, and support development of Data Management and Data Retention and Disposition procedures
  • Support identification, inventory and cataloguing of existing data assets
  • Manual execution of Data Disposition and Evidencing
  • Identify, escalate and support documentation of project and data risks and issues
  • Build effective working relationships to collaborate with peers and partners on personal deliverables
  • Manage numerous stakeholder relationships and provide support where required

Experience & Qualification Requirement:

  • Undergraduate
  • 2-4 Years of Relevant Experience
  • Governance and Project Experience (Timelines standpoint , Risk identification)
  • Strong Confluence
  • Data Analytics and Excel Reporting
  • FI /Banking Experience
  • Data management ( controls , compliance , understanding of data regulatory rules )
