What You'll Do

As the Restaurant Manager, you'll be an energetic and supportive leader who:

  • Leads by example to create an exceptional guest experience — every guest, every time.
  • Inspires and develops a team of supervisors and team members through training, coaching, and ongoing feedback.
  • Ensures Tim Hortons standards for quality, service, cleanliness, and hospitality are always met.
  • Oversees day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and labour controls.
  • Fosters a positive, respectful work culture that supports communication, collaboration, and growth.
  • Takes ownership of operational goals and works closely with ownership to drive performance and profitability.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous restaurant or retail management experience (Tim Hortons or QSR experience is a strong asset).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills — able to motivate, delegate, and build team morale.
  • A passion for guest satisfaction and community connection.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining calm, positive leadership.
