RAPS is Seeking a weekend caregiver to assist a Quadriplegic individual (E82)

Location: South Edmonton (Chappelle area)

Days: Saturday and Sunday

Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm

Job Description: Duties include but are not limited to: Mechanical and manual transfers, personal care (Bathing, dressing and toileting including intermittent catheters), bowel routine including Suppositories, range of motion exercises, meal planning and preparation, support on outings, light house cleaning and laundry, and companionship.

Qualifications:the successful candidate must have an updated criminal record check containing the Vulnerable sector check portion,a driver's license and vehicle, the Health Care Aide certificate with 6 months experience in the field and valid first Aid/ CPR certificate. The successful candidate must be able to push/ pull and lift 50 pounds regularly.

Rate of Pay: $21.50 to start
