Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Toronto, ON, for an Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, overseeing staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and assisting with inventory and financial management. The role also includes training team members, maintaining a welcoming environment, and supporting the General Manager in various administrative tasks.
Qualifications

Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle inventory management and financial reporting
Experience in training and development of staff
Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in hospitality management is a plus
