We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Snow Removal Loader Operator for the winter season, from November 2025 to March 2026. This role is crucial for maintaining safety and efficiency during the winter months. The position guarantees 100 hours of work and the potential to transition to a full-time role in the spring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely and productively operate front-end loaders for snow and ice control on job sites.
  • Be available for on-call duties 24/7 during snow/ice events.
  • Keep accurate records of work, including times, dates, equipment inspections, and site logs.
  • Respond efficiently to snow and ice events, clearing snow from designated areas.
  • Consistently wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
  • Adhere to all company policies and local health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work under adverse weather conditions and flexible hours during winter.
  • Previous experience in snow removal preferred.
  • Dependable, reliable, and able to work on call 24/7 throughout the winter season.
