What You'll Be DoingAs a Retail Associate at Little Bear, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional shopping experience. Your main responsibilities will include: - Greeting and assisting customers with product inquiries and purchases. - Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout. - Managing inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring product displays are up to date. - Operating the cash register and processing transactions efficiently. - Providing friendly and knowledgeable service to build lasting customer relationships.
What We're Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you'll need: - 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine passion for helping others. - Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
