As a Retail Sales Associate at Patchi, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales in our boutique. You will engage with customers, showcase our premium chocolate products, and help create memorable shopping experiences.
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer any questions about our chocolate offerings.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting Patchi products. Upsell and cross-sell to enhance the customer experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range, including ingredients, Flavors, and gift options. Stay updated on new arrivals and seasonal promotions.
- Store Presentation: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist in merchandising products to create attractive displays that highlight promotions and seasonal items.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock management, including receiving shipments, organizing inventory, and conducting regular stock checks to ensure availability of popular items.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Strive to provide a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Passion for chocolate and a strong desire to share that passion with customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
