Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Nurses & Nurse Practitioners of BC Full time

About NNPBC

Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of British Columbia (NNPBC) is the professional association representing all four nursing designations in BC: Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Registered Psychiatric Nurses (RPNs) and Nurse Practitioners (NPs). We support nurses across the province by promoting excellence in nursing practice and advancing the role of nursing in health care, policy and system transformation.

NNPBC offers a fully remote work environment and a culture grounded in safety, respect and meaningful contribution. We are committed to cultural safety, cultural humility, anti-racism, equity and reconciliation, guided by Indigenous practice standards and provincial and national commitments. These values inform how we work together and how we engage with members, partners and communities.

Role Summary

Reporting to the Director, Communications and Engagement, the Digital Communications Lead strengthens how NNPBC connects with and supports its members through digital channels, including the website, email and social media. This is a hands-on role that combines technical, editorial and creative skills to deliver compelling, accessible content across core platforms. Working closely with colleagues across the organization, the Digital Communications Lead helps identify opportunities to better engage members and build strong, sustainable digital foundations for NNPBC's work.

This is an exciting time to join NNPBC's Communications and Engagement team as we prepare to launch a new website, advance a redesigned membership experience, and roll out a refreshed brand this Spring.
