. has an opportunity in either our Vancouver or Victoria branch for a
Project Director
to lead complex construction projects with precision and impact. This role ensures senior management receives timely, accurate project updates. It drives high-performance teams that consistently deliver successful outcomes and earn strong stakeholder references. The Project Director aligns team development with company goals, delivers exceptional construction results, and builds lasting trade partner relationships through collaborative planning tools like the Last Planner System. They will foster leadership across the team, elevating both individual performance and company success.
The wage band for this position is $159,799 to $239,699 annually and is based on relevant skills and experience.

Position Specifications
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 10+ years' experience in ICI Construction, or related field
- LEED understanding
- Demonstrated success in multiple project delivery methods
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Highly effective negotiation, diplomacy and conflict-resolution skills
- Advanced knowledge of construction techniques
- Commitment to working in a team environment and good team building skills.
- Experience (or commitment to learn) Lean Construction practices
- Effective with Microsoft Office and Procore
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with subtrades and clients
