The Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales growth, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. This role is responsible for driving market share across key product and service lines while ensuring operational excellence, compliance with corporate standards, and strong relationships with customers and vendors. Reporting to senior leadership, the Branch Manager plays a critical role in aligning branch strategy with overall business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Oversee day-to-day branch operations across sales, service, parts, rentals, and administration
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and market share through effective sales and service strategies
  • Collaborate with department leaders to improve efficiency, procedures, and customer experience
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers, vendors, and suppliers
  • Lead customer engagement for major accounts, complex transactions, and escalated issues
  • Recruit, coach, develop, and evaluate management and staff to build a high-performing team
  • Set branch goals, manage budgets, track financial performance, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
  • Oversee accounts receivable activities, inventory levels, facility management, and physical assets
  • Coordinate with corporate and regional leadership on strategy, reporting, and performance reviews
  • Support marketing initiatives, promotional programs, and used equipment management as required

What You'll Need To Be Successful:

  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in sales and/or service management, ideally in a branch or multi-department environment
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams
  • Strong business acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and operational planning
  • Excellent communication, judgment, decision-making, and time management skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with experience managing key accounts and resolving complex issues
  • Proficiency with business systems and standard computer applications
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a vehicle
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that includes office, warehouse, and service settings
