Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, along with strong analysis and communication abilities, are highly valued to foster positive relationships and promote client satisfaction. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main liaison between clients and the company, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Maintain accurate client records through efficient data entry and management
  • Conduct analysis of client interactions to identify opportunities for service improvement and upselling
  • Assist in sales efforts by promoting products or services through upselling techniques during client interactions
  • Communicate effectively via phone, email, and other channels, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and professionalism
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are prioritized and met efficiently
  • Support multilingual communication efforts by providing services in both English and Spanish as needed
  • Develop a deep understanding of products/services to better serve clients and identify potential sales opportunities

Skills

  • Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, including phone etiquette
  • Customer service experience with a focus on building positive relationships
  • Analysis skills to interpret client data and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Sales experience or familiarity with upselling techniques
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Multilingual proficiency is preferred but not required; bilingual candidates will be prioritized
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment while independently managing responsibilities
