ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an Agronomist – Biologicals to support regional product development and portfolio management. This role will focus on driving innovation, providing technical expertise, and ensuring successful market positioning of biological products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support creation, launch, and development of new products and manage portfolio activities.
- Understand market dynamics, identify opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams.
- Deliver technical training for internal teams and retailers; act as a biological expert at industry events.
- Coordinate R&D trials, protocols, and data analysis; assist with product registration requirements.
- Develop and communicate local value propositions and technical materials for sales and marketing.
- Map competitive landscape and compile technical data to strengthen product positioning.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate across technical, sales, marketing, and agronomy teams; liaise with industry and research groups.
- Support quality-related issues and represent the company at technical committees and events.

- Know and comply with the policy, safety principles, guidelines and HESQ standards established by the company, based on the Safe by Choice philosophy, as well as the applicable legal requirements and know and comply with the other requirements defined in the Matrix of HESQ Responsibilities, associated with the position/role.

- Agronomy, Plant Physiology, or other related bachelor's degree.
- Master's degree in agronomy is considered an asset.
- Experience in Marketing or a commercial background would be desired.
- Market development positions, at least 3 years.
- Experience developing and conducting field trials, at least 3 years
- Previous experience in Foliar nutrition, Biostimulants, crop nutrition or Achem market
