Team player with the ability to unite colleagues from geographically distant units. Takes initiative, is proactive and is willing to detect and explore new opportunities. Good ability to plan and work systematically. Availability to travel within the country and occasionally abroad. Good people influencing skills. Collaboration, accountability, ambition, and curiosity. Strong communication skills (speaking, lectures, trainings, presentations, and MKT materials). Education & Experience Agronomy, Plant Physiology, or other related bachelor’s degree. Master’s degree in agronomy is considered an asset. Experience in Marketing or a commercial background would be desired. Market development positions, at least 3 years.
