Seeking a
bilingual Senior Project Manager (English/French)
to lead the delivery of a cloud-based Salesforce case and care management solution within a healthcare or social services environment. The role involves full lifecycle Agile delivery, stakeholder management, and change management across business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Agile project delivery from initiation through release
  • Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and quality
  • Facilitate project and Agile ceremonies, steering committees, and status reporting
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, technical, vendors)
  • Support change management, process improvements, and training readiness
  • Conduct discovery sessions, define user stories, and support sprint planning
  • Ensure bilingual communication and documentation (English & French)

Mandatory Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, IT, or equivalent experience
  • Bilingual proficiency in
    English and French
    (written and verbal)
  • 2+ years Agile full lifecycle delivery experience
  • 5+ years project management experience in healthcare or social services

Preferred / Scored Qualifications

  • 5+ years as a Senior IT Project Manager on cloud-based CRM projects
  • Experience leading mixed in-house and vendor teams
  • Change management planning and execution experience
  • Strong cost estimation, resource planning, and scheduling skills
  • Solid understanding of IT systems and business process impacts
  • PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 certification
