Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist
located in
Westmount, QC
.

The specialist will oversee
full life-cycle recruiting
, implement hiring strategies, and ensure alignment with Great Foods'
employer branding and organizational structure
.

In addition to managing recruitment from application through onboarding, the role will play a key part in
strengthening internal company structuring
— ensuring clear role definitions, reporting lines, and alignment between departments across Canada, Egypt, the UK, and Germany.

A critical aspect of this position is to
continuously build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline
, even when no immediate vacancies exist. The goal is to ensure Great Foods has access to top-tier candidates across sales, operations, quality, finance, and production functions at all times, supporting rapid growth and international expansion.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Collaborating with leadership to structure teams efficiently and clarify job functions.
  • Developing and maintaining a
    constant talent pool
    through strategic networking, LinkedIn engagement, and proactive outreach.
  • Designing and executing
    employer branding initiatives
    to position Great Foods as an employer of choice globally.
  • Coordinating interviews, reference checks, and offers with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Providing ongoing insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    full life-cycle recruiting
    and talent pipeline management.
  • Strong understanding of
    organizational structuring
    and workforce planning.
  • Proficiency in
    hiring and employer branding strategies
    .
  • Excellent interviewing, evaluation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Prior experience in
    multi-country or global recruitment
    is a strong asset.
