Company Description Great Foods, a leading food company in Egypt and part of the El Naggar Group, has been a cornerstone of the food industry since 1978. Employing over 4,000 individuals, the company operates six factories spanning 14 acres, with sixteen production lines crafting diverse products. Specializing in meats, fruits, jams, juices, canned goods, and cold cuts, Great Foods caters to both local and global markets. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Westmount, QC. The specialist will oversee full life-cycle recruiting, implement hiring strategies, and ensure alignment with Great Foods’ employer branding and organizational structure. In addition to managing recruitment from application through onboarding, the role will play a key part in strengthening internal company structuring—ensuring clear role definitions, reporting lines, and alignment between departments across Canada, Egypt, the UK, and Germany. A critical aspect of this position is to continuously build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline even when no immediate vacancies exist. The goal is to ensure Great Foods has access to top‑tier candidates across sales, operations, quality, finance, and production functions at all times, supporting rapid growth and international expansion. Key Responsibilities Managing full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes. Collaborating with leadership to structure teams efficiently and clarify job functions. Developing and maintaining a constant talent pool through strategic networking, LinkedIn engagement, and proactive outreach. Designing and executing employer branding initiatives to position Great Foods as an employer of choice globally. Coordinating interviews, reference checks, and offers with professionalism and confidentiality. Providing ongoing insights on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices. Qualifications Proven experience in full life-cycle recruiting and talent pipeline management. Strong understanding of organizational structuring and workforce planning. Proficiency in hiring and employer branding strategies. Excellent interviewing, evaluation, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Strong organizational and analytical abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Prior experience in multi‑country or global recruitment is a strong asset.
