What You'll Do

As Maintenance Supervisor, you'll be the go-to leader ensuring our machines and systems run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. You'll oversee a talented team of Maintenance Mechanics, manage preventive maintenance schedules, and drive operational excellence across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor maintenance personnel to meet production and safety goals

  • Plan and assign preventive maintenance using MES (Hydra) software

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate complex problems

  • Maximize equipment uptime and support production efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and issue Hot Work Permits

  • Maintain accurate documentation of machinery and systems

  • Collaborate with HSE to manage contractors and enforce 5S standards

  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, and employee development

  • Drive continuous improvement and support cross-shift cooperation

Health, Safety & Environmental Leadership

  • Enforce IPEX's HSE policies and procedures

  • Conduct incident investigations and participate in safety audits

  • Ensure proper PPE usage and compliance with ISO standards

  • Lead hazard identification and corrective action initiatives

What You Bring

Education & Certifications

  • College or University degree (or equivalent)

  • Electrician License OR Millwright Certification (required)

  • Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or ISO 9001 training (preferred)

Technical Expertise

  • 5+ years in leadership roles in a manufacturing facility

  • Advanced knowledge of industrial electricity, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics

  • Proficiency in MES (Hydra), Microsoft Office, and CMMS systems

  • Experience with plastic injection molding and ISO 9001 (preferred)

Working Conditions

  • Indoor plant environment with moderate exposure to machinery and noise

  • Occasional lifting (up to 50 lbs) and physical activity required

  • PPE provided and required at all times

  • Fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
