Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Realtor to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation, marketing, and communication skills, along with a passion for helping clients find their perfect homes or investment properties. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where organizational skills and customer service excellence are highly valued. Bilingual and multilingual abilities are considered a significant advantage, enabling better service to diverse client bases. The Realtor will be responsible for guiding clients through buying, selling, and property management processes while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.

Duties

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process
  • Conduct property showings, open houses, and market analyses to attract potential buyers or tenants
  • Negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms to secure favorable deals for clients
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies including online listings, social media promotion, and community outreach
  • Manage administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, documentation, and maintaining accurate client records
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate property management activities when applicable, including maintenance scheduling and tenant relations
  • Stay informed about local market trends, property values, and regulatory changes affecting real estate transactions

Experience

  • Prior experience in real estate sales or property management is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals effectively
  • Excellent marketing capabilities with experience in digital advertising and social media promotion
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is highly desirable to serve diverse clientele effectively
  • Demonstrated customer service excellence with outstanding communication skills
  • Organizational skills necessary to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
  • Administrative experience related to contract preparation and record keeping is advantageous
