Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada National Bank of Canada Full time

Are you an expert in sales operations with a passion for optimizing

processes, fostering strong partnerships across teams, and delivering clear,

actionable insights? We're looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to

provide critical support to our regional sales teams and leadership—someone who

thrives on driving results, building trust, and influencing change.

As Senior

Manager, Sales Operations, you'll be the key operational partner for our sales

organization, playing a crucial role in compensation management, forecasting,

budgeting, and reporting. You'll serve as the main point of contact between

Sales and a range of internal support functions—Marketing, Communications,

Credit, Centralized Services, and more—ensuring a seamless flow of information

and collaboration. You'll also be a key stakeholder in managing change

initiatives that impact sales.

This is a

strategic, hands-on role with no direct reports, ideal for someone who's a

self-starter and comfortable working independently at a senior level.

Your role:

  • Research and make recommendations on sales

strategic plans. Develop and implement business processes and systems that

drive operational effectiveness. Represent sales at quarterly operations

meetings and act as a subject matter expert for IT enhancements impacting

sales.
- Lead the annual sales forecasting and

budgeting process. Oversee monthly and ad-hoc sales reporting, including

management performance tracking and award programs.
- Oversee and implement annual bonus plans.

Provide expert guidance on compensation exceptions and assist in creating sales

reports as needed.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on competitor activities and trends.

Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management. Research

providers for lease products and develop asset profiles.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams—Regional

General Managers, Team Leads, Account Managers, Marketing, Credit, Centralized

Services, and more. Develop trust, facilitate teamwork, and support

cross-functional initiatives.
- Communicate ideas and information clearly

and diplomatically, especially on sensitive issues. Take initiative to resolve

challenges with creativity and sound judgment.
- Manage various sales and marketing

projects. Plan and oversee budgets for community sponsorships, corporate

memberships, and related activities.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, always maintaining

confidentiality and professionalism in all customer and vendor interactions.

Your

Team:

Joining our team means being part of a leader in equipment

financing, where you'll have the chance to work with a diverse range of

clients, tackle unique business challenges, and deliver impactful solutions.

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations reports to the Vice President, Direct

Sales and will collaborate with Regional General Managers, Team Leads, Account

Managers, Marketing, and other various internal departments.

If you're ready to take on exciting projects,

build lasting relationships, and grow your career in a dynamic,

customer-focused environment, this is the perfect place for you. Apply

now and make a real difference in the success of businesses across Canada

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of sales management

experience (leasing industry experience is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in business or commerce

(or equivalent post-secondary education)
- Advanced understanding of the leasing

industry and expert knowledge of corporate policies/procedures
- Excellent verbal and written communication

skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead change and
