Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC, for the position of Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include leading sales presentations, negotiating contracts, preparing sales forecasts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize customer solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to drive business growth while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Business Development skills, including client relationship management and identifying growth opportunities
  • Negotiation, Contract Management, and Pipeline Development experience
  • Market Analysis, Forecasting, and Strategic Planning capabilities
  • Leadership and Team Collaboration skills to inspire and support internal teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software is highly advantageous
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • A results-driven mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with prior experience in logistics or supply chain sales preferred
