Warehouse & Materials Coordinator

About Your New Role
Reporting to the Supervisor, Supply Chain, the Warehouse & Materials Coordinator will be responsible for shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring continued accuracy of receipt / shipping with documentation to and from the mine site.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Receiving and distributing materials shipped to site, comparing received POs to data base entries in SAP.
- Shipping material off site and completing necessary paperwork.
- Maintaining site warehousing using max/min system, managing inventory yards, processing departmental internal inventory issuances, performing inventory counts.
- Handles / transports explosives.
- 50% of work is inside; and 50% is outside.
- Forklift and loader experience an asset.
- Any other duties as assigned by the department.
Your Knowledge And Skills
- Knowledge of supply chain principles and industry best practices.
- Ability work effectively within budget guidelines and meet required deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong computer skills, including extensive knowledge with ERP platforms.
Your Education And Experience
The successful candidate will have:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in warehouse and materials.
- Experience with SAP.
About Our Working Conditions
This position has a schedule of 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off at our remote camp which you will be required to fly in fly out with pick up points in Saskatoon, Prince Albert and La Ronge.
