Toronto, Ontario, Canada Bond Brand Loyalty Full time

Job Description
About Bond:
Bond designs, builds, and manages solutions that help leading brands deepen customer loyalty. We combine strategic insight with hands-on execution to create experiences that drive measurable business impact.

The Role:
As Sr. Director of CX Strategy & Design, you will inspire and lead Bond's Customer Strategy and Digital Experience teams, empowering team members to achieve ambitious goals. You'll set priorities, own and drive the strategic direction for CX Strategy & Design and serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex experience challenges, and transformational initiatives with significant organizational impact. We are looking for an experienced leader who can help mentor and grow our team, deepen relationships with clients, develop innovative solutions, and drive thought leadership at the intersection of customer and digital experience. In this role, you will influence and shape industry standards at industry forums to strengthen Bond's market position.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 15+ years in professional services with 10+ years in CX management, digital experience strategy, or UX design
  • 8+ years in leadership roles with P&L or practice management responsibility
  • Proven track record delivering business impact through cross-functional team leadership
  • Deep expertise in customer journey mapping, segmentation, UX design, and digital analytics
  • Deep experience and a passion for growing and developing a diverse and talented team to achieve their growth goals and to consistently deliver exceptional work to our clients.
  • Working knowledge of analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), A/B testing tools, and AI-driven personalization
  • Recognized thought leadership in digital experience or technology integration with a history of influencing and shaping best practices.
  • Exceptional communication skills with demonstrated ability to build C-suite relationships

Who Thrives Here:
We've learned that the people who do their best work with us share a few things in common:

Rigor without rigidity.
You take evidence seriously. You know the difference between a hunch and a finding, and you design work that produces real insight rather than confirmation. At the same time, you hold your conclusions loosely. When new information arrives, you update your thinking based on where the data leads.

Clarity over cleverness.
You write and speak to create shared understanding, not to signal sophistication. If you find yourself reaching for jargon, you treat it as a sign that you haven't thought something through clearly enough yet.

Ownership that extends past your deliverable.
You care whether the thing actually worked, not just whether you completed your part. When a project hits an obstacle outside your defined scope, you don't shrug and point to someone else's swim lane. You stay with problems until they're solved.

First-principles thinking.
You can reason through situations you haven't encountered before without needing a template or a precedent. Novel problems feel like interesting puzzles rather than paralyzing uncertainty. You trust your ability to figure things out.

The courage to push back.
You'll disagree with colleagues and clients when you believe they're headed in the wrong direction. You surface uncomfortable truths rather than letting them fester. You advocate for what you think is right, even when consensus is pulling the other way and agreement would be easier.
