Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming dealership experience.
  • Identify customer needs through effective listening and product knowledge to match them with the right Ford or Lincoln vehicle.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and performance to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Clearly explain pricing, financing, and leasing options, ensuring transparency and customer confidence.
  • Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery.
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all Ford and Lincoln models, including features, technology, and safety systems.
  • Stay informed about current market trends, competitor products, and dealership promotions.
  • Provide outstanding service that reflects the values and professionalism of Canada's #1 Ford Dealer.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in automotive sales is required; Ford or Lincoln sales experience is preferred.
  • Valid OMVIC certification is required.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers at once.
  • Proficient in dealership software; experience with ERA-Ignite is an asset.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a strong passion for the automotive industry

Compensation:

  • This position is 100% commission-based.
  • Income is directly tied to individual sales performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $39,000.00-$102,000.00 per year
