The Graphic Designer is responsible for fully understanding and owning the brand story of multiple brands under the Avenue Living's umbrella for both Canada & the USA. The successful candidate will have strong skills in creating visually compelling digital and print materials, including brochures, advertisements, websites, and social media graphics. The designer will have robust experience in executing aesthetically pleasing designs, including working with special finishes. They should be proficient in design principles, typography, and layout, and familiar with digital ad formats and platforms. Please provide

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Design and produce high-quality creative across print and digital platforms: marketing collateral, web graphics, display ads, social media, signage, OOH, and more.
- Contribute to concept development and creative ideation that reflects our brand voice and audience goals.
- Prepare files for production across print and digital, including offset printing, special finishes, and pre-press standards.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, content, and strategy teams.
- Present work with clarity and purpose, while receiving and implementing feedback with agility.
- Maintain visual consistency across campaigns while championing design best practices.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies.
WHAT WILL YOU NEED?
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital design work.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with XD is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of print production processes, including prepress, file preparation, and special printing finishes.
- Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and layout design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of creativity, problem-solving skills, and design aesthetics
