Description
The Customer Service Representative's product knowledge enables them to support our customers in Sudbury and the Maritime provinces, accelerate order delivery, and create an exceptional customer experience. A solid team player will have you working collaboratively with the Regional Manager, Technical Sales Representative and the warehouse staff to ensure our customers are getting the best service ever.

Responsabilities

  • Manage all orders from customers as well as expediting orders by working closely with the production center
  • Generate sales through product information and support
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
  • Handle complaints, propose appropriate solutions and ensure follow-ups
  • Drive product engagement
  • Support exploration product training
  • Coordinate deliveries with the logistics team

Training And Experience

  • College degree is an asset
  • Three (3) years of related sales experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturing business environment
  • Knowledge of drilling and mining product is an asset

Skills

  • Proven customer support experience
  • Strong sense of urgency and task ownership
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365
  • Strong phone and active listening skills
  • Solid organizational and planning abilities
  • Excellent English communication (written & verbal)
  • French an asset
