Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team, offering cellulose insulation fibers materials, and specializaing in cellulose insulation for residential applications. As well, promoting the distribution of insulation blowing machines with a skilled knowledge base of their function, operation and suitability to the customer. This role involves engaging with potential and existing clients to promote our products and services, primarily through phone and digital communication channels. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and experience in B2B sales, technology sales, or telemarketing. Fluency in English is required, with French language skills considered a plus. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional development within a fast-paced sales environment.

Duties (but not limited to)

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications to prospective clients using telemarketing techniques
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business clients through effective communication and negotiation
  • Present product features and benefits tailored to client needs, leveraging marketing insights
  • Manage sales pipelines using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track interactions and progress
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop outreach strategies
  • Assist in business development efforts by identifying potential markets and customer segments
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Engage in technical sales discussions, explaining product specifications and solutions to clients
  • Support inside sales initiatives through effective communication skills in English, with French being a bonus but not required
  • Represent the organization at trade shows where required

Experience

  • Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles preferred
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is highly desirable
  • Experience in marketing, telemarketing, or business development is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills in English; French language proficiency is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, identify client needs, and provide tailored solutions
  • Understand pricing strategies and negotiation
  • Diligent with strong attention to detail
  • Self motivated, organized and ability to multi-task

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
