What You'll Do
  • Collaborate with Fixed Income teams to gather and analyze business requirements across cash and derivatives products
  • Work with Solution Designers and Architects to assess current system capabilities and define technology solution options
  • Support and enhance Calypso platform functionality to meet evolving business needs, ensuring performance and stability
  • Conduct detailed gap analysis and propose actionable solutions to align business requirements with system capabilities
  • Lead or contribute to Calypso upgrades and migrations, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption
  • Document workflows, configurations, and specifications for knowledge transfer and system maintenance
  • Perform testing, validation, and troubleshooting of Calypso workflows across front-to-back trade processes
  • Partner with technology teams to deliver system enhancements and ensure robust data integration and process automation
  • Provide user support, training, and communication throughout the project lifecycle
  • Stay informed on fixed income market trends and Calypso best practices to continuously improve system performance
What You Bring
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in capital markets with expertise in Fixed Income (cash and derivatives)
  • 5+ years of hands-on Calypso platform experience, including upgrades, configurations, and functional workflows
  • Proven ability to work with front, middle, and back-office stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, PnL, risk, and settlement processes within Calypso
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Advanced knowledge of system analysis processes, system components, interfaces, and data flows
  • Experience acting as a subject matter expert and consultant within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to bridge technical and business teams
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Previous experience with Calypso upgrades or migrations highly desirable
