Epic Bridge Interface Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Interface Development: Configure, build, and maintain Epic Bridges interfaces to facilitate communication with ancillary systems.
Technical Integration: Map data elements, develop interface code, and utilize integration engines to manage data transmission.
Testing and Validation: Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure data accuracy.
Troubleshooting: Monitor interface performance and resolve HL7 message errors.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with clinical staff and vendor representatives to define requirements.
Required Skills And Qualifications
Epic Certification: Bridges certification is typically required.
Technical Knowledge: Proficiency with HL7 standards, interface engines (Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, or Mirth), and SQL.
Healthcare IT Experience: Understanding of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and clinical workflows.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities to handle complex data integration issues.
