Overview

Flyover is seeking a Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team This role is responsible for inspiring, coaching, and guiding a dynamic team of Guest Experience Guides to lead our guest experience. The focus of this role includes fostering a culture of excellence, hospitality, and proactive service by ensuring team members are motivated, well-trained, and empowered to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.

What is the compensation for this role?

The base salary for this position is $23.95/hour.

What will you do in this job?
  • Help coordinate the safe and efficient movement of guests through the attraction while maintaining high service standards.
  • Provide on-the-floor supervision and support for the Guest Experience Guides during shifts.
  • Promote and follow safety procedures to maintain a secure environment for staff and guests.
  • Address guest questions and act as the first point of contact for concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Use the ticketing system to process transactions (including groups, vouchers, retail, and food & beverage) accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate processing of transactions, adhering to established cash handling procedures.
  • Work with the iRide Operator and team to manage capacity and guest flow.
  • Identify and address operational issues promptly, collaborating with management to implement solutions
  • Share daily updates and operational information with team members.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
What skills and experience do you need for this job?

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in hospitality, tourism, or business is an asset.
  • CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.

Ideal Experience:

  • A minimum of 2–3 years in customer service, hospitality, or tourism, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Experience in a high-volume guest service environment, such as theme parks, museums, or entertainment venues preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Must be able to move throughout the attraction, including climbing stairs, navigating backstage areas, and accessing elevated or confined spaces
  • Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of items up to 40 lbs (e.g.,equipment, supplies, promotional materials)
  • Comfortable working in varying conditions including low lighting, loud environments, and around motion-based simulation equipment
  • Manual dexterity to operate equipment, use handheld devices, and complete light administrative tasks
  • Able to respond quickly and safely to emergency situations, including directing guests and assisting with evacuations if needed.
