TEMPORARY VACANCY
One (1) Temporary Part-Time (0.10 FTE, 3.5 hours/week), Elementary Secretary (10-month position) - full day every other Monday
Temporary assignments may end earlier than anticipated should
incumbent
return or circumstances change.
Reports to:
School Principal/ Office Manager

Responsibilities
General office duties.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Secondary school diploma or equivalent.

Assets
Knowledge and experience with the Student Information System or other information system would be an asset.

A high aptitude in computer operations and skill in the use of Microsoft Word.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Knowledge of office procedures and the use of office equipment.

Applicant must be a willing team player, able to work independently, and be flexible and willing to perform a variety of tasks.
