The Opportunity

• Match invoices to purchase orders, code and total financial documents to the appropriate department, verify and reconcile transactions, batch and enter financial information into computer using Accounting Software.
• Prepare electronic spreadsheets detailing pre-paid Visa expenditures of each cardholder in each period
• Receive approved travel requests for CSFS employees, First Nation Health Benefits patients, or other authorized travelers and reserve flights and bus travel
• Enter appropriate vendor and CIC information into computerized accounting system

What You Will Bring To The Role

• Grade 12 Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Business Administration, Accounts Payable or related field
• 2 years-experience in Accounts Payable
• Experience working in an office environment
• Experience with Xyntax accounting software an asset

Wage Range:
The target hiring range for this position is $ to $ per hour. Candidates will typically be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the wage range. Placement within the wage range is dependent on the applicants' role specific knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience and in consideration of factors such as market conditions and internal equity.
